Nos prestations reposent toujours sur des équipes d’experts internationaux et locaux sélectionnés pour leurs compétences et leurs complémentarités. L’expertise proposée par Egis Bdpa comprend des compétences de haut niveau dans les domaines techniques et financiers mais aussi de l’animation, la communication et la formation. Susciter l’échange et la mise en réseau

Les notions de réseau et d’échange sont essentielles dans notre métier. La mise en réseau des acteurs facilite synergies et partenariats. La circulation et l’échange d’expériences entre les acteurs du développement contribuent au transfert et à la diffusion des savoir-faire. Egis Bdpa facilite la mise en réseau et la coopération entre acteurs du développement à la fois par l’expérience et la contribution de ses experts, ses méthodes participatives mais aussi par sa capacité à susciter des coopérations entre projets, territoires, organisations et pays.

Réaliser un suivi complet et rapproché de chaque projet

Pour tout projet ou programme géré par Egis Bdpa, un expert au siège, choisi pour son expérience, est nommé dès la signature du contrat pour assurer le rôle de “ correspondant permanent ”. Il assure le suivi technique, administratif et financier depuis le siège ou sur place, ainsi que l’organisation de missions d’appui, les relations avec le client et les contacts avec les partenaires.
