Promotion du monde rural

Egis Bdpa démontre une très grande expérience dans le domaine qui a suivi au fil des années les inflexions données par les bailleurs de fonds à l’aide publique au développement :

Projets de développement agricole et/ou d’aménagement, projets de développement rural intégré, programmes de restructuration du secteur agricole, programmes de gestion de terroir jusqu’à l’émergence des projets de développement local sans omettre, les interventions par filière agricole et les projets d’appui à la structuration du monde rural et au renforcement des organisations paysannes et/ou professionnelles.

Aujourd’hui, les activités d'Egis Bdpa dans le monde rural se déclinent selon trois axes d’intervention principaux :

  • Développement rural : études régionales, enquêtes de base, études de faisabilité de projets de développement, élaboration de schémas directeurs, mise en œuvre de projets/opérateur, assistance technique, mise en place de système de suivi-évaluation ou de SIG, appuis institutionnels.
  • Développement des filières : amélioration des systèmes d’exploitation, étude et restructuration de filières, appui au secteur privé, amélioration de la qualité, système d’information sur les filières, évaluation des opportunités à l’export, identification de filières porteuses, etc.
  • Structuration du monde rural : appui aux organisations paysannes et/ou communautaires, développement des services aux producteurs (conseil technique, conseil de gestion à l’exploitation familiale, services financiers, recherche), structuration professionnelle agricole et/ou interprofessionnelle, appui à la maîtrise d’ouvrage…

Dans ces secteurs d’intervention, Egis Bdpa inscrit explicitement sa démarche et ses activités dans une réflexion plus globale intégrant la responsabilisation des acteurs locaux, le Développement Durable et la Lutte contre la Pauvreté.

Notre filiale SATEC Développement International intervient également sur les thématiques relatives à l’Elevage; la Sécurité alimentaire; l’Environnement ou la Pêche.
