Développement économique

Le développement économique repose essentiellement sur le secteur privé. Sa dynamique dépend tout particulièrement de l’activité des entreprises de petite taille, les PME voire les micro-entreprises, qui, en raison des faiblesses inhérentes à leurs structures, sont celles qui nécessitent le plus de soutien. Aujourd’hui confrontées à la mondialisation, les PME ont besoin d’un environnement propice à leur développement.

Egis Bdpa intervient dans le développement du secteur privé et du secteur financier et fournit de l’expertise dans quatre domaines spécifiques :

  • Développement de petites et moyennes entreprises : Création et appui à la promotion des PME et des agences de conseil aux PME, renforcement des compétences de management, audit, appui direct et mise à niveau des entreprises, conseil et assistance aux institutions financières pour améliorer l'environnement financier des PME et les conditions d'accès aux financements, accès à des fonds de capital risque, développement de pépinières et d’incubateurs, développement de projets innovants et création de centres d’innovation et de technologies chargés de promouvoir les PME innovantes.
  • Appui institutionnel et politiques de développement économique : Appui institutionnel pour la restructuration des entreprises, politiques de développement du secteur privé, politiques commerciales, politiques d’innovation, politiques de développement et d’intégration régional et leurs implications en terme de cadre législatif et réglementaire.
  • Promotion des exportations et des investissements : Elaboration de business plans et d’études de marché, la recherche de débouchés et de partenaires à l'export, accompagnement d’entrepreneurs dans des manifestations commerciales, appui à des organismes de promotion des investissements, politiques de promotion des exportations et des investissements.
  • Réforme du secteur financier : Mise à niveau du secteur bancaire et des assurances, appui aux organismes de tutelles, réforme de l’architecture du marché des capitaux, assistance à des écoles de formation aux métiers de la finance.
